Compliance
Where We Stand.
Everything published on this site is unclassified and releasable. Detailed performance data, interface specifications, and design documentation are controlled and shared only with qualified audiences under appropriate agreement.
01
Export Control
BonesDefense designs and manufactures items that may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120-130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730-774).
No export-controlled technical data is published on this website. Nothing here constitutes an offer to export, re-export, or transfer any defense article, defense service, or technical data to any foreign person or destination. Discussions involving controlled technical data are conducted only under an appropriate agreement and, where required, with prior authorization from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Positions and engagements involving access to controlled technical data are subject to U.S. person requirements.
02
Classified Information
BonesDefense cannot receive classified information through this website, through email, or through any other unsolicited channel. Do not transmit classified, controlled unclassified, or otherwise sensitive information to us through these means. If a discussion requires a secure channel, contact us first and we will establish one through the appropriate process.
03
Intellectual Property
REVENANT, CORTEX, VERTEBRA, the BonesDefense name, and the BonesDefense mark are proprietary intellectual property of BonesDefense. Designs, configurations, and imagery presented on this site are protected. Unauthorized reproduction, derivative work, or commercial use is not permitted.
Unsolicited submissions of ideas, designs, or technical proposals are not accepted and create no obligation or confidential relationship. If you wish to propose a technology or partnership, contact us and we will put an agreement in place before any technical exchange.
04
Autonomy Policy
BonesDefense systems are designed to operate autonomously up to, and only up to, the engagement decision. A qualified human operator authorizes every engagement. This boundary is implemented in the system architecture rather than in configuration, and BonesDefense does not offer variants that remove it.
This policy is a design commitment. It is stated here so that customers, partners, and regulators can hold us to it.
05
Privacy
This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers, and collects no information about visitors.
The contact form does not transmit anything to a server. It composes a message in your own mail client, which you then choose to send. If you email us, we retain that correspondence and any information you include in it only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, and we do not sell or share it.
06

By using this site you agree not to reproduce its content or imagery without permission, and not to transmit classified or export-controlled information to us through it.
