Export Control

BonesDefense develops items that may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120-130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730-774).

No export-controlled technical data is published on this website. Nothing here constitutes an offer to export, re-export, or transfer any defense article, defense service, or technical data to any foreign person or destination. Discussions involving controlled technical data are conducted only under an appropriate agreement and, where required, with prior authorization from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Positions and engagements involving access to controlled technical data are subject to U.S. person requirements.

Classified Information

BonesDefense cannot receive classified information through this website, through email, or through any other unsolicited channel. Do not transmit classified, controlled unclassified, or otherwise sensitive information to us through these means. If a discussion requires a secure channel, contact us first and we will establish one through the appropriate process.

Intellectual Property

CORTEX and REVENANT are the two BonesDefense system names. VERTEBRA is the proprietary name of the track-management and fire-control subsystem within CORTEX; it is not a separate system or program. These names, the BonesDefense name and mark, and the designs, configurations, and imagery presented on this site are proprietary intellectual property of BonesDefense. Unauthorized reproduction, derivative work, or commercial use is not permitted.

Unsolicited submissions of ideas, designs, or technical proposals are not accepted and create no obligation or confidential relationship. If you wish to propose a technology or partnership, contact us and we will put an agreement in place before any technical exchange.

Autonomy Policy

BonesDefense systems are designed to preserve meaningful human control. In CORTEX, local or integrated radar may detect, track, and cue a threat, then send the track into VERTEBRA, the track-management and fire-control subsystem. A qualified human operator verifies the track and authorizes every launch and engagement. Automated output does not constitute authorization. This boundary is implemented in the system architecture rather than in configuration, and BonesDefense does not offer variants that remove it.

For REVENANT, automated flight or workflow support does not replace human mission tasking or launch authority.

This policy is a design commitment. It is stated here so that customers, partners, and regulators can hold us to it.

Privacy

Most of this website is static. It runs no advertising or audience analytics and embeds no third-party marketing trackers. The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile solely to prevent automated abuse; Turnstile processes browser and security signals but does not receive the form entries.

When you submit the contact form, the name, organization, email address, inquiry type, and message you provide are processed by a BonesDefense Cloudflare Worker and Resend to deliver the inquiry to our designated inbox. We retain that correspondence only to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Content on this site is provided for general information about BonesDefense and its programs. All systems and subsystems described are in development. CORTEX and REVENANT are the two public systems, and VERTEBRA is CORTEX's track-management and fire-control subsystem. Descriptions reflect design intent and are subject to change; design targets are not demonstrated specifications, performance guarantees, or offers to sell.
