Capabilities
Narrow
On Purpose.
Three disciplines, and nothing else: airborne collection, cost-constrained effectors, and the fire-control layer that ties them together. We are not a systems integrator looking for a market. Every capability listed here exists because one of our three systems requires it.
Aircraft · ISR · R&D
Airborne Collection.
Long-endurance aircraft built to sit over a problem for a long time without being seen or being missed when lost. Composite primary structure, low-observable shaping, and a payload bay sized around RF collection rather than around a camera we happened to buy.
Effectors · Air Defense
Cost Per Engagement.
An interceptor that costs more than the threat is a losing trade repeated until the magazine is empty. We set unit cost as a hard requirement on the first drawing, alongside range and probability of kill, and hold it there through the entire design. Commercial supply chains, domestic final assembly, and no exquisite components where a good one will do.
Fire Control · Autonomy
The Decision Layer.
Sensor fusion, track custody, and engagement management built on an open architecture, so a customer can bring their own radars and their own effectors. The autonomy runs all the way to a complete firing solution and then stops. A human authorizes. That boundary is enforced in the architecture, not in a manual.
Manufacturing
Built Here.
Every system BonesDefense fields will be manufactured in the United States. Supply chain, tooling, and manufacturing partners are selected around that constraint rather than optimized against it after the fact.
Where a commercial part meets the requirement, we use the commercial part. Where it does not, we build the tooling ourselves rather than design around what a catalog happens to offer.
